Elite Recall is operated by Stella Viae LLC ("Company", "we", "us").
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Elite Recall platform.
Service Overview
Elite Recall is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for learning, knowledge management, and training systems. These Terms apply to individual users, tenant organizations, and end users who access the platform through a customer workspace.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information associated with your account, for maintaining the security of your credentials, and for activities that occur under your account or workspace access. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for configuring access appropriately for their members.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the content they upload, the legality of their use of the platform, and their own compliance obligations. Workspace operators are also responsible for the people they authorize into their tenant environment.
AI Disclaimer
AI-assisted outputs, generated content, and similar platform outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Users and customers are responsible for reviewing and independently verifying outputs before relying on them.
Data Ownership
Customers retain ownership of their data and content. Stella Viae LLC processes that data to operate, secure, support, and improve the platform, subject to these Terms and any applicable customer agreement.
Data Loss Disclaimer
The platform is not guaranteed to be free from interruption, corruption, deletion, or data loss. Customers should maintain their own internal retention, backup, and business continuity practices when those are important to their operations.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Elite Recall for illegal, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or exploitative activity, and you may not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the service in a way that harms others or the system itself.
Billing
Paid subscriptions may automatically renew unless otherwise stated in a plan, order, or checkout flow. Fees are generally non-refundable unless a specific written term says otherwise.
Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued access creates security, operational, or legal risk.
Disclaimers And Liability
Elite Recall is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stella Viae LLC disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the platform.
Governing Law
Unless another written agreement says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Supplemental Policies
