This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited conduct on the Elite Recall platform and supplements the Terms of Service.

You may not use Elite Recall for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, fraudulent, or exploitative activity.
System Misuse
You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform availability, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, bypass account controls, or use automation in a way that harms the service or other users.
Content And Customer Responsibility
Customers and users remain responsible for the legality, rights clearance, and compliance posture of the material they upload, publish, or distribute through the platform.
Enforcement
Stella Viae LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when this policy is violated or when activity creates operational, legal, or security risk.
