For customer workspace data, the customer generally acts as controller and Stella Viae LLC acts as processor for platform operations.
Roles
Customer organizations determine the purposes and means of processing for their workspace data. Stella Viae LLC processes that data to provide, secure, and support the platform.
Processing Scope
Processing may include hosting, storage, authentication, transmission, support, logging, monitoring, backup-related operations, and service improvement activities needed to operate the product.
Subprocessors And Service Providers
The platform may rely on third-party infrastructure, communications, analytics, and payment providers acting as subprocessors or service providers in support of service delivery.
Security And Breach Notification
Stella Viae LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards and will communicate material security incidents affecting customer data in a manner appropriate to the contractual relationship and applicable law.
